We were only in Hamburg for the weekend, and as Jigsaw fans it had to be the horror room. Our game master Lena was fantastic—totally convincing and perfectly matched to the mood. The room is excellently designed, with lots of nods to the movies; we got startled multiple times. We made it out with just under two minutes to spare—what a finale! We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Hamburg.

There were four of us from the office and we had a lot of fun. Great setting, interesting story, and finally no combination locks. Gamemaster Ellen was super friendly, gave hints exactly when we needed them, and coordinated us really well. With four people it felt perfect. For me, the favorite room at EscapeDiem. 4 out of 5.

Awesome set design; everything fits the harbor story and there are several genuine wow moments. The puzzles are logical, never unfair; we walked out with big smiles.

The actress was fully in character and guided us cleverly through hell without giving too much away. A few jump scares, lots of pressure — exactly my thing. We cracked it with seconds to spare!

The idea of having a live actor for the password was great, and the talking book was delightfully quirky. Don’t overcomplicate things—despite all the astrology, it worked best when we kept our thinking simple. For us, a better-than-average experience.

Insane atmosphere, you feel like you’re right in the movie. The puzzles fit together nicely and the timer keeps you on your toes—we made it out just in the nick of time. Absolute recommendation for SAW fans!

Really fun game. A few jump scares that made us scream, but overall not too intense. The puzzles are solid, and the set pulls you into the story well. Actress Lilith was top-notch. Overall, a lovely experience.
