Company EscapeDiem

We were only in Hamburg for the weekend, and as Jigsaw fans it had to be the horror room. Our game master Lena was fantastic—totally convincing and perfectly matched to the mood. The room is excellently designed, with lots of nods to the movies; we got startled multiple times. We made it out with just under two minutes to spare—what a finale! We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Hamburg.

There were four of us from the office and we had a lot of fun. Great setting, interesting story, and finally no combination locks. Gamemaster Ellen was super friendly, gave hints exactly when we needed them, and coordinated us really well. With four people it felt perfect. For me, the favorite room at EscapeDiem. 4 out of 5.

Awesome set design; everything fits the harbor story and there are several genuine wow moments. The puzzles are logical, never unfair; we walked out with big smiles.

There were two of us, and the attention to detail is truly impressive—you feel like you're standing in an old chapel. The puzzles are fun, but rather easy for experienced players, so it's better not to go in with too many people. Still, a clear recommendation.

I played the room with a colleague; we’re both game masters. For families with children it’s great, and the set fits the story well. The puzzles are fairly easy but fun. Our GM Ellen was friendly, drew us into the story well, and timed the hints perfectly. Not my favorite at EscapeDiem, but a really fun room.

Very cool room with a small bridge leading over to the boat. One mechanism felt unclear to us or didn’t respond as expected, and there are really a lot of red herrings. The culprit’s quirky gold collection was delightful, and the ghostly hand was a nice extra. The story with the police chief who wants us to fail was fun.
