We were there with kids and teens and, thanks to the attention to detail in the design, immediately felt like we were in Agrabah. Two rooms, logically structured puzzles, challenging but doable in an hour. The youngest found it harder but still had fun with small tasks. We barely made it as a team of two and had a lot of fun. The fairytale décor is lovingly crafted; we only received minimal help. Difficulty is medium, not scary, and if you need close-up vision, bring your glasses.

The Hard difficulty is well deserved; the puzzles are sophisticated and really cool. Even as a team of six it was quite demanding, but a fantastic experience. The staff were super friendly and laid-back, and I’ll be back for the other rooms.

We were a group of three in the zombie room and had a great time. The puzzles are challenging but fair, and the room is creatively designed. Our game master provided just the right amount of hints, and the team overall was very welcoming. Clear recommendation.

I had never been to an escape room and was curious what awaited me. Exitroom totally delivered: from the very first moment I was completely immersed in the scene. Michael was a great game master. After Maniac, I’m keen to try the Crematorium room—and I didn’t need any German.

Michael briefed us very well and guided us through the game in English—very pleasant. The puzzles are logical, with no unfair sticking points, and teamwork is required. A clear recommendation for visitors to Berlin.

My first escape room; there were three of us in Maniac. The theme and setting are convincing, and the puzzles are challenging without being overwhelming. With a little help from the game master, we finished in time. Beforehand, there was a clear briefing and all questions were answered kindly.

At first, something went wrong with the booking; the managing director personally called and resolved it extremely courteously. This conduct convinced us—clear recommendation; we’ll remain regular customers.

Logical puzzles without search stress, great sound and coherent props. Started as a duo, finished as a team of four — everything ran smoothly and fairly. An absolute recommendation for a magical evening.

As a group of four, Sherlock was just right: plenty of space, clear tasks, great flow. Clever puzzle design and just the right amount of pressure from the story. I’d book again immediately.
