The consequences would be catastrophic: the complete collapse of the modern world as we know it. To prevent panic, unbeknownst to anyone, Frankfurt is already running on emergency power ! You have 2.5 hours (time can be adjusted) to stop the hackers, restore power and prevent the catastrophe!
