Our first time in an escape room and it was a total hit: a short video briefing, then off into the pyramid with great set design, lots of discoveries, and zero downtime. Whenever we got stuck, there were clever little hints. We did mess up the final code, but thanks to the points system and the short questionnaire afterward, we still got a solid score. I know most escape rooms in Frankfurt, and this one is my favorite. A bit pricier than some others, but the puzzles and the fantastic set design more than make up for it. Lost Cabin and Pharaoh’s Curse in particular stand out; on weekends they’re often booked out 2–3 weeks in advance — plan ahead!

Jackpot was our second room the day after Cyber Attack. The themed waiting area already sets the mood, and having the same game master guide us through both rooms made the whole experience personal and coherent. Tightly packed room with lots of tasks and puzzles. You start in three groups; communication is everything in the first sections; later everyone comes together. What a well-rounded heist: sleek look, clear story, almost no padlocks. The mechanisms mesh cleanly, and the finale was a real blast. With two of us plus a newcomer, we were constantly engaged without ever getting stuck.

Our third game in a single day, overseen by the same game master — it felt genuinely curated. My first alien-themed room and an instant hit: a strong opening, steadily building atmosphere, creative puzzles, and a very memorable ending. Nicely balanced between fun, immersion, and fresh ideas; with an experienced player on the team it feels even more cohesive. Clear recommendation.

Our fourth and final room of the day at Illuminati Escape turned into a pleasant surprise: the owner personally recommended Titanic 2.0 and said we could manage it as a trio, despite the suggested five players. Super well-rounded tech room! Not a single lock; everything fits together logically, and our GM stayed with us all day — that felt personal. The printed group photo at the end was the icing on the cake.
