You're comfortably seated in the armchair with a cup of tea when your cell phone rings. "Anonymous" appears on the screen - probably someone else with a survey. But your curiosity gets the better of you and you answer it. The person on the other end of the line sounds distressed and their muddled words initially make little sense. But it quickly becomes quite clear to you that someone here is in danger and urgently needs your help...
