Bei kurzfristigen Ausfällen wie Krankheit oder familiären Gründen bitten wir um frühzeitige Kontaktaufnahme – wir finden gemeinsam eine faire Lösung. Bei Nichterscheinen oder sehr kurzfristiger Absage ohne triftigen Grund behalten wir uns vor, den vollen Betrag zu berechnen.
