Gas Explosion in the Workshop

It was early afternoon when an explosion occurred in your uncle’s rusty, timeworn tinkerer’s workshop — your uncle being the building’s janitor at the Agefko company. He was seriously injured in the blast and is now in a coma. Although officially employed only as a janitor, he treated his role as a duty to keep watch over things at the company. He has always been a conspiracy and puzzle fanatic, which is why you rarely had contact with him, but given his knowledge the official account of the accident seems highly dubious. Do you believe Agefko’s report, or do you trust your uncle’s confused ramblings and uncover an alternative truth?
