Steampunk Puppeteer

A parallel universe pulls you into a different time, a time when a puppeteer had a big dream. Day and night, he worked on the perfect idea to make his puppet theatre more successful and thus be able to earn his daily bread. For a long time, luck was not on his side, until one day he found a puppet that was able to speak. They got on splendidly and together they conquered the world with their increasingly famous shows. The puppeteer was happier than he had ever hoped. But one morning this puppet untraceably disappeared, along with all the puppeteer's possessions. After futile attempts to rebuild such a puppet, he finally became so angry that he made a terrible decision. From now on, only humans should bring his theatre to life. The first big performance is set to start in an hour and people are already filling the many seats. However, the first group that entered the theatre has not been seen since their arrival.
