Welcome to Vlad Tepes's castle. My name is Elisabeta and I will be your audio guide during your visit. Better known as Count Dracula of the Order of Dracula, Vlad left his mark on medieval history. As the archenemy of the Ottomans, he fought fiercely against their invasion of Eastern Europe. His method of impaling enemies alive is considered his trademark. While you are in the castle, please note that a significant portion of the interior is untouched and has remained as it was before. If you notice anything unusual (a suspicious noise, murmur, movement or shadow) please contact the museum staff. But above all: please stay in the light and don't attempt to wander through any of the mysterious passages. The castle is old and full of dark memories...
