Kitchen Impossible

You are scheduled for a meeting in a luxury restaurant. Each of you wants to impress someone, either a date, your best friend, or for example, grandma or mother-in-law, with an extravagant three-course meal! You arrived an hour early to check if everything is fine with the reservation. Shock! Problem! The chef and owner of the restaurant, a former pop star, and music producer, is gone! Rumors about debts at his record label and even his arrest are circulating. Regardless, your problem is completely different; you have to manage to replace the chef and prepare the three-course meal within 60 minutes. Otherwise, your appointment will burst. Familiarize yourselves with the kitchen, help each other and prevent this private catastrophe! In 60 minutes the food must be on the table!
