Also in terms of liver cheese, there are various possibilities. Our "sausage-girls" will bring you different recipes that you can try out original or modify. Once the sausage meat is prepared, it is important to thread the casing onto the tube without it tearing. Then the sausage is filled. Refine your sausage-meat creations according to taste, which you can gladly rate in a "blind" competition at the end. May the best sausage win.
